Silver Package
10-Piece Memphis Train Revue
o 3 female lead vocalists
o Horn section comprised of:
• Saxophone
• Trumpet
• Trombone
o Rhythm section comprised of:
• Drums
• Bass
• Guitar
• Keyboards
• Appropriate costuming
• 3 hours of live music over a 4 hour period
o Typically 3 1-hour sets separated by 2 30-minute breaks
o We can modify to accommodate client's schedule
• Pre-recorded music during the breaks
o Band can provide
o Client may provide on CD, iPod, or computer
• Professional sound engineer certified in live sound reinforcement, studio production and business management
• Crew to assist with load-in, set-up, sound check, sound reinforcement, light show, break-down and load-out
• Includes all load-in, set-up, sound check, break-down and load-out fees
• Includes all travel expenses within central Texas
• Includes all accommodations within central Texas
• Subscription to the Memphis Train Revue newsletter
• The band will learn 1 song of client's choosing with 60 days notice.
• Includes all necessary sound equipment, including:
o Allen & Heath GL2200 24 channel analog mixing console with 6 monitor mixes
o Front of house effects rack including multiple compressors, noise gates, delay and reverb units
o 6 floor wedge monitors for the band
o 2 20” Yorkville subwoofers
o 2 Yorkville mains
• Includes all light equipment, including:
o 4 light stands and trees
o 4 par 56 cans with single color gels
o 4 par 36 cans with single color gels

Gold Package
In addition to all the great benefits available in the Silver Package clients also get:
• 3 costume changes by the lead singers to add another level of visual interest to the performance
• The band will learn 2 songs of client's choosing with 60 days notice
• 100 CD’s to give away as party favors
o Can be given away “as is”
o Can be customized with client logo, photo or message (at client's expense)
o Additional CD’s available for purchase at cost
• Client and a guest will be included on the band’s guest list for all public shows from the time the contract is signed until 1 year after the date of client's event
• 2 Memphis Train Revue T-shirts in a style and size of client's choosing, subject to availability
• A DJ to play tunes during the band's breaks
