Can you hold the date for me while I consider my options?

We use a “hold” system to manage our calendar. This means that any interested party may establish a “hold” which gives them priority over any subsequent inquiries, but leaves them subject to prior inquiries. When you are ready to book, we contact all parties with a prior hold and give them 24 hours to book the band. If they do not book, their holds are released and you book the band. However, if they do want to book the band, you are out of luck. If you want to have the exclusive option to book the band for a particular date, you will need to enter a contract and submit a non-refundable Calendaring Fee equal to 50% of the band's fee.
